Orders placed before 12pm (Monday–Thursday) are eligible for next-day dispatch. Orders after 12pm or on weekends will ship the next business day.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We cannot be held liable for delayed or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.

Prices listed are in GBP and may be subject to change without notice.

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Buxton Fungi. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns, but we will always make things right if there’s an issue.

If your mushrooms arrive damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number.

We may offer a replacement, credit, or full refund depending on the situation.

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days once approved.
